Stratford Gate, opposite the Cow pub, was the main visitor entrance to the Olympic Park during the Games of 2012. Hundreds of white tents,Games Maker volunteers and military security personnel greeted visitors as they entered the Park.

The white tents housed hundreds of x-ray machines used to monitor bags and coats as visitors brought them into the Park.

The vast temporary space used by Stratford Gate is now the permanent home of International Quarter South, where the TfL,FCA, British Council and Cancer Research buildings are based.
